Men’s yoga adverts

Seen a load of adverts for men’s yoga on X/Tw*tt*r past few days but looks a scam thing.

Any ideas on books for that sort of stuff? (I’m not a class or app sort of person)

I do walking but not really anything for upper body so it seemed a good idea, but clicking anything advertised on X/Tw*tt*r these days is probably a load of shyte

I don't know, yoga really isn't my jam, but there are lots of follow along exercise tutorials on Youtube if you want to see if you like it with very low/ no commitment.
