The size of ready meals these days is just ridiculous. What are they meant to feed, a little bird? Perhaps that's why most are always on offers of 'buy 2 for ...'. You need at least two to fill you up.

A wise young bird told me they have to be that serving size to get around things like salt/sugar/fat content. I always buy two!

You’re right OP, how is imagine these ready meals to be something to just fill a gap, not really a meal.
