Messaged randomly and then blocked... Weird.

I don't get why someone would message you out of the blue, start talking and everything is great, but the block you.

Maybe she was a little immature but she didn't seem it?

Maybe she gets off of reeling guys in to block the before moving on to the next?

Maybe it's my aftershave? haha.

It is bonkers though, I'm a big boy, a simple "I've changed my mind and your not my type" is fine. It would be met with "No offence taken, good luck in your search."

I know some will say I'm not entitled to a reply and it's her perogative etc, but honestly... Manners cost nothing do they, and they make the world a much better place. Especially as she messaged me and started the conversation etc.

Anyway... Soon be Christmas.. Haha

Not all men can take a no thanks message with grace.

It’s much easier to just block someone, there’s no abusive comebacks from the recipient that way.

And yeah, might be nice to be told that but do you have any idea how many guys become incredibly abusive when you're honest about that? Sometimes it's easier to cut the contact entirely without opening yourself up to the potential tirad. I mean, nothing is owed to anyone so its the polite thing to do to let someone know but that's about it.

Get used to it amigo , I was chatting away fine yesterday with someone even arranged a meet for the afternoon then nothing , just ignored and messages not read ,

People can change even tho you been polite they might read something in a different manner to how it was ment and they get the ick

But I do agree ,manners cost nothing . I've been told no a hundred times and the best thing is to just say , hey ok good luck on here .

There are definitely people on here tho just feeding off the attention

Self reflection is important of course. Maybe it was something you said or done but honestly . Whether it be when I was travelling the world, clubs, bars, the park, apps like Tinder etc. I have never experienced such strange behaviour ANY where else.

And the way things work here, the ratio of men to women on the site. I mean, compare a beautiful woman’s fabs on a picture compared the most handsome man you can find. It’s night and day. I think this has created an almost toxic environment and within this environment, you got thrown in the bin like a piece of trash because they received 100 messages just this morning.

I’m not sure this was as clear as I can make it but I’m about to go into a meeting.
