Can’t you just do what every restaurant does - put a small splat into a dish then put that in the coldest fridge in the known universe. And then expect us to be able to butter our soft, fresh bread….

I do only homemade mayo.

Takes for a while to produce enough for the coleslaw, then 2 days later it's wasted, because nobody ate it.
