Lately, if based on what loads of people have been requesting I make them, it’s my smoked brisket cooked in the oven, and fondant potatoes.

Both of which I don’t eat myself, ha!

If I was choosing on my own, I’d say my signature dishes are coconut flan or tiramisu.

Burnleyish (She/They)

Either a bœuf bourguignon or a Pakistani desi curry.

Worlds apart but both are outstanding if I do say so myself (and so does everyone else)

it's a very slow cooked oxtail and cheek with smoked paprika and sherry sauce. I use the slow cooker, but it's not really a stew, the sauce ends up more as a glaze than anything.

If this post was about signature dishes to eat, soup would be my winning dish. My partner says I can eat soup breakfast, lunch and dinner I love it so much.

Breakfast. Black pudding and sliced avacado served on a bed of rocket on a lightly toasted sliced crusty bread. Topped with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce and black pepper.

If I serve you that, I like you a lot.
