Lots of fluids and if you need pain relief something with codeine in it.

Return to the emergency department (A&E) if:

you cannot pee. your pain has come back and painkillers do not help. you are being sick (vomiting) you have signs of an infection, such as a high temperature , burning when you pee and feeling tired or unwell.

Did we know that? Is it on the list or have you made an incredible discovery?

Also that's good advice OP

Paper Town Central, Essex.

Alternate ibuprofen and paracetamol. They should take the edge off.

Blood in pee, though, is a trip to hospital for antibiotics and oramorph.

They're horrible. I know.. been there and hot the shirt.

Things do improve though.

111, or A&E if it's unbearable.

The forum isn't a good place to get medical advice. I could make a suggestion, but I'm a software engineer...

But it also states if painkillers don't help

Go to minor injuries. You need medical help

It's worth a call to 111 - they can assess you and get you into out of hours, A+E or even send a prescription electronically.

My friend taken into hospital this week with this. You should seek professional help not a swingers site. She needed antibiotics, and operation scheduled.
