smooth . im seriously thinking of changing to pineapple juice.(see nice tasting cum thread) only i cant stand the mushy bit at the bottom of the carton (forget to shake it )

Smooth - however its still too bitty for me. I hate seeing bits floating in drinks, lumps in yogurt mave me heave too.

I'm a 'bits' fan too. From the adverse reaction I usually get from people when I serve it up, I think we're in danger of becoming an oppressed minority.

I like it both ways.unfortunately I am not really supposed to have it because of it aiding with the absorbtion of iron and my body already retains too much iron as it is.(hemachromatosis...not sure of spelling...) Have too much iron in my blood and have to go regularily to have them take a pint if blood to thin out the ferritin levels

Gosh, that sounds a pain. Never heard of it before. I really lack iron, throw some my way! I'll have some vitamin D too if you've got any going spare

I've changed over to Pineapple juice (the brand that comes with a dash of lime).

After coming back from a holiday last year where we had freshly squeezed Orange juice with breakfast, the carton stuff over here just never tasted the same.

It is a pain as have to go to the hospital everyweek and it can only be done there,not at my local hospital.Also because of the iron levels and the frequency I have to have it done the blood is just thrown out.
