Passport photo angles are extremely unflattering for the majority of people. Slight side or top down angles are more flattering.

It's where a guy on fab, or other dating app, sends a picture of the side of his face instead of a good face pic.

It's like you have to construct the face yourself with a side profile to help you.

It's actually quite difficult, especially when they do a side glance and you can see the whites of their eyes but not their actual eye colour.
