Paradise, Herts

2 lbs for me which surprised me! Thought it would be a lot more. I’ve eaten and drank so much and not been to the gym for over a week.

Me and it was the same as last week which is fine.

I’ve a bit of weight to come off this year. Slow and steady wins the race.

Somewhere else

I haven’t been on a scale in years.

I can tell by the way my body feels and my clothes fit if I need to change things with diet or exercise.

Numbers, though. They give me anxiety. I threw out my last home scale in 2009.

I tend not to use scales. The mirror doesn't lie and gives you a good enough nudge to get back running

It looks like 5 lb on. but when I expect bad news from my scales I jump off before the final digital reading appears

Now the biscuits, chocolates, cakes, sweets etc are being kept at a distance till I drop those pounds.

A couple of kilos up which is less than I feared. It'll soon disappear again.

Did my usual weigh in, up 4lbs from the start of December, totally worth it though.

On the plus side, it’ll be fun getting back down to my usual weight!

Only 5lbs on but that's food density.

Hope to shift at least 3lbs whilst back in training this wek

Haven't used them for years, last time I did I'd just given birth so was happy with the major weight loss after my c-section.

If I don't get on them, then my weight won't change since last time. And I'm happy with my weight as it was last time. So I'm going to stick with that one.

I don’t have or use scales. My jeans that I wear are currently too loose at waist and that’s my sort of indicator

Christ no, not a chance. I got on a couple of months ago for the 1st time in absolutely ages and was happy to see that I weighed exactly the same as I did 5 years ago. Yes I should of lost weight I know, but I was happy that I had maintained over the 5 years.
