My 2 year dad has told me hes going for access ....before anyone has a go and says its his right ....ive been advised by social services its to be supervised due to his controlling ways and him saying he can have supervised visits in a soft play area run privately ....advised by social services this is not supervised and for dad to take me to court to get access .....im wondering if anyone knows if court and cafcass will go against what social services have recommended to.me

If you seriously thinking of court you should find yourself a good family law solicitor x

Your best bet is to speak to a lawyer I think.... It wasn't that long ago that your ex was meant to be having the children at his and he cancelled...

I would go to a family lawyer and seek their advice

Get yourself a good lawyer and its at the courts discretion really. Never a nice thing for either parent but get it done legally and keep yourself right.x

Im not sure anyone can advise in relation to children's access without knowing the full history and its a very personal matter and now a legal one.

Hope it all works out

"his controlling ways" that sounds a bit odd? I wouldnt take the sole advice of a social worker, unless families and childrens had to get involved due to the said child safety? Get a good family law solicitor.
