Excellent, had a version of rusk (artisan dried bread) in Greece with grated tomato, sprinkled with olive oil and crumbled feta on top with a little oregano. Very, very tasty indeed

The last time we went to Majorca I tried our my frankly terrible Spanish to order coffee and cake. We got a three course lunch that started with pan con tomate. Lord only knows how I got it so wrong but I'm glad I did it was delicious and the cake came at the end

A star shaped puff pastry with pesto filling so we can break the bread so to speak.

There is also this savoury roulade I love made with spinach in the dough which makes it beautiful green colour.. filled with horseradish cream cheese and smoked salmon. Yum.
