For me. Clean, tidy feet, preferably painted nails, well manicured and looked after. There's something about the line of the arch of the foot that's attractive in the same way any feminine line can be, especially when clad in some revealing heels. It's hard to explain..It's like trying to explain why to many, the shape of a leg is attractive and brings out a desire to run a hand over it, or why the curve of the nape of a woman's neck might look good and draw out of us a desire to kiss her there.
