I love playing guitar , I’m not in a band anymore but still play almost every day. Photography , Jewelry making & writing goes in phases I need to be inspired.

It happens occasionally.

There's always someone or something to live for.

Not sure you're being funny or depressed.

If it's depression talking, then just repeat 3 times loud:

Fuck off depression!

Fuck off depression!

Fuck off depression!

I do a bit of music production, photography and videography, I lose ambition often with all of these.

I'd recommend a book called "the war of art" it helps get you back in the right mindstate to be creative again.

Most single chefs don't cook often at home.

Living with family is different.

Cook for work is different.

I have 3 guitars, 1 keyboard, 2 amps+cabinet, 3 guitar effect pedals, 2 drum pads(sticks and fingers), 3 DAWs with some paid VST instruments.

Numerous apps to use for writing, chord progressions, cutting singing and instruments out of songs, storing/making my own prefered chords...etc.

Invested a lot of time and money in it.

I must do it again.

I won't give it up, but...

I bought a guitar effect processor in the spring or summer I think.

It was almost 500£.

You can literally swipe the order of virtual pedals and amps on the touch screen.

I used it once or twice.

Pretty much I was just testing it, not really playing anything.

I would need to tweek with it a little bit, because the factory presets are always crap.

The problem with Lush is you can never find inside whatever the lovely smell that lured you in was.

Same goes for the laundry or air freshener aisle in supermarkets.

The Premier League, despite the fact my team plays in it. Constant fixture movement to please TV companies, clubs being sportswashed by countries with dodgy human rights records and don't even get me started on the abomination that is VAR. The match day experience for those of who actually attend isn't what it used to be. I'd be quite happy to be relegated.

Some of my best photography is on an old GX7 that was £100 off EBay. One of the reasons I use prime lenses for street photography is it forces you to move and interact with people instead of adjusting the lens you ate forced to get close and personal
