My late dad had to use one. He underwent testing in the hospital sleep lab. He "died" so many times during sleep before he could fit the criteria.

Yes, absolutely brilliant, comfy, quiet and no longer wake up with a sore throat, I now find it comforting and of course the health benefits are good.

In summer the water tank helps, takes some adjusting though .

I use one and have done since September 2020, use the water tank as well and thats made a big improvement all round.
