couple, us we him her.

Had a pretty bad attack last night due to a current chest infection.

Generally my asthma is kept very well managed and attacks are rare, you forget the awful jitters you get following excessive usage of inhalers

the one illness that ive had all my life cant remember a year that its not put me in hospital i get it very severe when you add in all my other health conditions its pretty dire.

inhalers i take 3 different type via inhalers or if bad nebulizers and i agree when the asthma settles your all jittery / hyper not nice at all

I too suffered a severe asthma attack a week ago ended up in hospital for 2 days usually like yourself I keep it in check but came down with a chest infection and boom it got me I'm now on the other side of it and feeling better I hope you are ok and know you aren't alone it genuinely frightened me and thought it was my end luckily the NHS responded fast and I'm still here

Hope you manage to keep it more stable OP and all.

All the respiratory bugs going around don't help at the moment.

Had it quite badly sometimes when young but lately stable luckily.
