Your so right, that thought never occurred to me!!! Only started this thread after a certain pic got me a little excited so to any other person whom may have false breasts for other than vanity reasons, I apologise x

they shit when I take my bra off, my nipples don't point south they not that bad lol but I've fed 3 kids so they not at their best, i'm not bothered about implants, I would just like uplifts, I want them back where they was when I was 18 lol

I wouldn't have my breasts altered in any way.

Some implants look great, some not so. I'm not keen on those boobs that have too wide a space between them.

Scarring either underneath or around the nipple can make it obvious too

On a serious note, I have only ever known one woman that definitely needed a boob job, (medical reasons aside) she did have self esteem issues not just connected to her boob size as well

u cant see the scars if done well there on the natural line under the breast.

they can look real and are genuinely just a little harder to the touch

Had mine done 6 years ago. It was the best 5000£ I've ever spent! They feel lovely and natural, did not lose any sensitivity and were a total ego boost. Am now a 34B which is an OK size for my small frame. My surgeon placed the implants under the muscle through my armpits which means no scars on the actual boobs. It included an overnight stay at the hospital and a LOT of painkillers for about 4 days afterwards but I have no regrets. Have a look at my pics and judge for yourself.

Problem with an uplift is you lose volume. So to keep the size a lot go for uplift plus small implants x

all my own what there is - happy to droop as i age - had a lump removed years ago so scarred as well - think would have false if had to have mine removed for health issues other than that stickin with what god gave me

Thank you! I went from a A to a DD and if I put a push up bra on I can achieve the fake look but I rarely do. I'm just grateful they're a decent shape now and I'm not hung up on how they look any more x

I would love an uplift... I've lost quite a bit of weight and I can tell in my boobs mostly... I'm used to having massive GGs but now down to an f and they seem quite small in comparison!!
