"Hi all My goal is to carry on with no booze. I’m currently at 6 months alcohol free. It’s been challenging, especially over Christmas. I’d like to lose another stone before April and then carry on with the weight loss and strength training. I’m not expecting to gain loads of definition but it would be nice. "Like squats again as it had dropped off the end of this year and everything felt so bloody heavy! I think it may be linked but I have some glute aches that I am going to go see a man about in the new year and get some pre hab exercises to do.
