It does feel oddly quiet as we come into the days before Xmas and New Year where everyone also seems to be at a reset.

I personally don't quite know how to spend it so will probably go for a walk, watch some TV and just try to enjoy the time I don't have to work

Quite the opposite here.

It dawned bright and sunny and felt like a new beginning after all the Christmas shite.

However, I won't be dashing out to any sales but might pop into a supermarket if it is open.
