Just having coffee before that road are empty drive in and earrings one’s body weight in crap at work

Been in work about 3 hours or so, hopefully get done by 1ish if no problems.

Not that I’m rushing back for dinner, got a slow cooker casserole on the go but don’t know if I’ll risk eating it, everything I eat at the moment seems to go in, go down and keep going down, it’s a fairly quick turnaround.
