Can't cry anymore.

Wank starting to make me sad.

Food, Watch TV and sleep.

Too much thinking is not good for you when you are down.

Stop watching Christmas or romantic movies.

Don't watch porn either, unless your intention is wanking.

Play an instrument, play video games or listen to music.

Avoid ballads and blues, unless you want a good cry.

Don't drink alone.

It will make everything worse.

Go for a walk maybe, but go back home when you see only happy couples around you.
