Turn my life around, as in try and improve myself, going to look into having lazer treatment on my back, carry on with my hair growth on my head (yes I am growing in places I don't want and loosing it where I want to keep it) so far done 3 treatments of rpr and it's showing signs of growing back.

For me personally, I can’t make a change now (or until February really) for reasons I don’t want to discuss on here but I have been prepping myself for it for the last month and will continue until I can make that change.

New job in the new year so performance based goals for me

The age old “get fit too” except with actionable steps. Lifting 3-4 times a week and aerobic conditioning 3-4 times too. Eat a little better and see how we go
