Ahhhh...depends on the cheese.

My "left-field" favourite is a Ritz cracker if the cheese has fruit in it...lots of umami and sweet tanginess going on there

Cheese dependent surely? The only one I object to are the little brown Hovis shaped ones. They look too good for you. I'm not looking for that when I'm stuffing my face with cheese.
