My "go-to" playlist includes Rasputin, It's Raining Men, You Make Me Feel (Mighty Real), and Don't Leave Me This Way (Thelma or Communards).

I really feel fucking short-changed that I'm not bi- or gay.

I've got the moves for Christ's sake!! xxxx

1984 was, in my opinion just the best year ever.. I was 17.. the music was just awesome....

Radio 1 just seemed to playing classic after classic as I worked as an apprentice...

Nearly 40 years later, I've still got great memories of that year.

Was a great time for music.

We'll never have anything like it again. Our kids love it as well but that's probably because they were brought up listening to it

Sounds like an overstatement

Except I feel exactly the same!

All-time favourite show was when The Specials, Madness and Selecter all appeared on the same night in late ‘79.

Also loved seeing The Chords perform Maybe Tomorrow a few weeks later.
