Scrolling through the forums and come across an amazing thread by Saucey.

He highlighted helplines numbers for people going through difficult times at this time of year.

Please add any helpline number below, it could save a life.

Worth bumping their thread though as it's a great idea. You never know who's struggling

If you're under 19, you can also call 0800 1111 to talk to Childline. The number will not appear on your phone bill.

Text "SHOUT" to 85258 to contact the Shout Crisis Text Line, or text "YM" if you're under 19

Call 116 123 to talk to Samaritans, or email: jo@samaritans.org for a reply within 24 hours

All over

What a lovely thoughtful thread OP. I hope nobody needs it but if they do, they get comfort and support

Guys can go to ukmensday, which gives links to all the charities / organisations that can help them, covering mental health, abuse, violence, cancer & more

Social Zone

Also if you go to mind dot org, they list all the relevant numbers, some are age or gender specific. For those that don’t want to physically talk to someone, the text services are also listed.

If you are struggling, don’t suffer on your own, do reach out
