I do check Facebook but find it very repetitive. Especially with the New trend of posting 'inpiring' pics with benal sayings in them. Sometimes I wonder if some of my friends ever have an original thought

I think you seem to be confused as to how FB works. Easy done if you've never been on it I suppose. You don't have to accept anyone as a friend if you don't know them. I know everyone on my Facebook. Lol

I still check FB but its getting more and more annoying with the advertising and the like and share business that's going on. Sometimes I can go back thru hours of news feed and not see one status or pic from friends! Just annoying rubbish x

I always find this odd. FB isn't the family wrecker. People only see and read what others have posted. If people didn't splash their personal life all over a social networking site or use the pm function to conduct extra curricular activities it wouldn't be a problem!(from my experience anyway)

I was addicted to fb and it is useful for keeping in touch sometimes with my daughter now she has moved out. But am addicted to fab am on it as much as possible during the day inbetween work. Only get messages from some of my friends though, but am grateful for those. sad bitch that I am

I don't use Facebook anywhere near as much as I used to but people only know what I choose to let them know. I have friends and family all over the country so it's an easy way to share things with them when I don't have time to phone/text individually.

Cheeky, thats exactly what I did a year ago and never looked back. What I did instead was set up a kind of bogus profile that only my son and wife see as friends. I log in about once a month or so and see what the family have been up to. Thats it, job done.

Bloody hell how can people slag Facebook off I've they have never tried it???. Yes I go on both I've got friends outside fab from all over the country great for keeping in touch. As for Facebook been full weirdo's well maybe if you add every Tom dick and Harry but from what I've heard a lot weirdo's on here to, single guys that spoil it for the rest of us and not sending pics of your face with a message what's that all about???. I was on a month and had my family saying i could not do this say that and it was normal cheating ......... if i liked something or add things thay never liked i would get asked all sorts .. even them blocking there own mum for a time so when i was on that site it was hell ...... and had lots from here wishing to be there too .. its to risky and can lead to all sorts. I am free here thay dont come on .

well i never did. But my family live on there ... and its there way of chating knowing each others every move . I just had to put a pic up there friends liking thay hated it just a normal one me on the boat........ Even if i say there pics was nice thay even hated that too . lol we end up getting nasty to each other .. Them blocking me as there friends adding me .. weird i know. Why i hate it so much its for them not me.

I use facebook as the way it was intended to be used,when the owner first brought it out. I use it to put pics on of my family,friends and good days out etc. It's like a photo diary to me and it's very useful.

It's not a dating site. It's not a site to slag people off constantly.

It's not a big brother site. If you're doing nothing wrong,why should you be so paranoid ?

This site is great because it gives you the opportunity to chat with friends(and complete strangers)about adult related activities.

They are both great in their own right,if used correctly and not abused.
