Paper Town Central, Essex.

Do a covid test mate.

It's doing the rounds again.

Just showed clear today after 7 days of being positive.

Yikes we had the most awful flu/covid thing. All tests was negative, but I'm not sure I trust it. Bed ridden for days. The muscle pain was horrific, pounding head, cough that pulled muscles I didn't even know I had.

I seemed to of got it worse, but the others did suffer. I'm on day 11. I'm still so tired and this dry chesty cough is really doing my fucking head in. I better not get ill again for the rest of winter, I had a whole seasons worth in a oner. It really frightened me

Absolutely suffering, it’s painful to swallow anything, may have to put Christmas lunch though a blender

Had the cough first (started 2 weeks ago), then a cold, sinuses hurt, head was ready to explode. Today I have a slight sniffle.

Its cold and flu season.. we close windows doors spend less time outdoors more indoors together providing easier transmission

Rest drink fluids and if it gets worse speak to a Dr.
