When I was a schoolkid we all came from broken homes and stuff. We’d all heard about the ways you could change your name legally but all heard it third or fourth hand and got it wrong.

So for years a whole lot of us thought that you changed your name by standing by a deep

hole.

Turned out it should have been ‘by deed poll’.

There's no money but yes, we should.

We've seen a lot of cars with damage from potholes and one guy whose airbags went off when he hit a really deep one. It's worse when it rains because you can't tell if it's a puddle or a portal into the underworld

True but should not waste any money there is sending people to half fill them, never seal them properly and a week later are the same. Also they usially do one and leave rest around them not done as they probably get paid by the hole. Bit of course we should just drive carefully and will all be fine.

we know the potholes on the route to my dads it's 15 miles and I reckon there are around thirty or more of varying sizes. They periodically fill the worst ones and we always wonder how long the repair will last.
