I'm done. Like I have zero motivation and just want to eat cheese and watch Christmas films. Shopping and other activities have cut into my routine but have the rest of you kept up with whatever you've been doing or are you in "bulk season" already.

The gym I go to in the morning is closed until the 3rd Jan but there is one at work I can use although I probably won't

No one should bulk, it's an outdated practice that's not healthy.

I will be in the gym Xmas eve and boxing day.

I did a Christmas run last year but that was mainly because I wanted a bit of space on the day.

I’m trying to just build the habits but yeah a clear head before the madness is much needed sometimes

My commute to work and back involves almost 6 miles of walking so, as I’m working right through it should take care of itself really (hopefully)

I exercise every day or I feel like shit. Doesn’t have to be a lot.

Exercise is the one thing that I actually benefit from WHEN I'm a little rough mentally. Such a palette cleanse, physical and mental.

Eating excess food over Holidays to me is the most depressing thought ever for me.

Reguar week for me still. I did a HIIT class this morning, planning full body training sessions tomorrow and Wed's, yoga Thursday. Next week I'm off work and have social events every night, with plenty of dancing and some long walks in nature and around the Tate between all between the cheese and wine. I'll focus on fun and food, rest and sleep, and get back to the gym on the 3rd.

I'm funny over Christmas. I take the extra time off work to do MORE in the gym and go to an extra session

I do quite enjoy the brisk walks in the Autumnal dusk...before heading back to a guilt-free cheese platter.

I'm annoyed at myself. I'm still training, and will go this week and next, but my 'diet' is shot (not that I diet, but all the Christmas parties are playing havoc). I'm at the point where I'm trying to do as little damage as possible knowing my discipline will be better in January...

Yoga Thursday, may add a swim or workout to that as I missed last week due to being lurgified (I’ve learned the hard way if I exercise at those times I'm more likely to incur injuries!) might squeeze in a workout Friday too. I do miss it when I don’t go as it’s good for my Mh too. Esp the yoga.
