i moisturise my body when i get out of the shower every day, including feet (although i hate feet

and i gel my nails at home, so they always look nice.

I moisturise my face and neck twice a day, everything else as needed

Moisturising my body makes it slimy and I hate it. I hate feeling slimy.

I use this stuff from Avon called blissfully nourishing, it's great for dry skin on feet.

I then put socks on and they're lovely and soft afterwards.

My feet are never sore and never dry ? I guess I didn't realise others suffered this way BUT I have seen foot like gloves in the stores that you can put on after your bath and smothering your feet and the heat of your foot is supposed to allow the cream to soak in ....... try some Neils Yard or Other foot cream. They should come up a treat.

Foot file, buffer, exfoliation, cleanse and rinse in the shower and then moisturise. A few drops of cologne on each arch and then we're ready for the world.

I usually put lots of moisturiser on, at night, then socks on. Helps it soak in and not get on the bed sheets.

I would love to be able to afford a regular pedicure and try reflexology.

I bought one of those posh foot spa things (well, bought - I used Boots points

)

I don't do it so much to take care of my feet, though. More that when I've sat in the bubbles for awhile, I feel about a decade younger

I've tried some of the DIY foot massage tutorials on Youtube and they help. I've also got a foot roller which helps when my feet hurt (looks sort of like an abacus

)
