Having to turn sound up n down on tv films when soundtrack gets loud ,then can't hear dialogue, or is it just me ?

Go to sound settings and set it to stereo.

Some special sound settings do that, when you don't have surround speakers.

My hearing is checked, its when the music is so loud then goes back to dialogue, l have to turn the sound down when the music is really loud ,then turn it back up again to hear the talking.
