Whilst checking something for a Threads post yesterday I realised that my aphantasia extends to more than just an inability to form mental images but also covers my other senses including sounds, tastes and smells.

that i have more willpower than i gave myself credit for.

that im more ill than we first thought.

that i should trust my instincts more often.

I've learnt I'm really insecure and that the confidence I once had had left me and I need to work on it.

That sometimes, when I'm feeling a bit meh or need to work something out of my system, I choose sex. I didn't realise that until it was pointed out to me this afternoon. I think it's fairly healthy. Apparently not.

I really don't have a poker face and...

I'll always get a bit daft around someone who has musical talent.
