Do you get your pets a Christmas present?

Nr Cardiff or at Chams Darlaston

Our dogs have got a new toy each and some festive dog biscuits. Nothing will be going under the tree until Christmas Day though as one has already ripped open two presents whilst I was wrapping.

Not now. They just sleep all day as they are both old. Last time I bought them an advent calendar they didn't touch it.

Will get them some nibble treats and salmon fir Christmas breakfast and they will have turkey and gravy

Absolutely. Both dogs get their own present to unwrap. It’s funny as they’re both pretty gentle with the wrapped present but the toy inside gets killed as soon as it’s free from the wrapping paper!

They would also normally get a Christmas dinner but one has just started a restricted diet because he’s unwell. If one has Christmas dinner and the other doesn’t there will be hell to pay, so they’ll both miss out on turkey this year

For our entertainment we buy one tin of posh food and let the cats fight for the food

We don't obviously our cats are spoilt rotten in fact the female would probably let us spoon feed her if we were willing, she's a real princess.

We love them xx

Yes I get my dog multiple presents, and no matter how many I buy her it still won’t balance out every thing she brings to my live on a daily basis. I know this will sound soft but she’s got me through some really tough times in the last 3 years.

Of course Santa Paws is there for all the good boys and girls.

If you’ve not got your pet an advent calendar you’re a monster imo.

Of which I was blessed with the other day. Some feathery toys on sticks.. Nope prefers some tatty pink mouse. Spoilt rotten but she means a lot to me. Lost Gorgeous last 23rd December

When they were still with me my dogs always got presents from me, as well as from friends and family (they usually had more than me ). They all had their own serving of Christmas dinner too.

I also buy for my friends pets, and send treats to rescue centres.

Same here, my last dog knew which were his presents and would sit under the tree staring at them, in the end I had to take them back out until Christmas morning as it felt a little cruel He was so excited unwrapping them, it gave me more joy than opening my own
