How honest ate we with our feelings?

After watching from afar I get the idea that lots of people say one thing, but actually mean something else.

I get the impression that some people do not own up to their feelings for fear of it not beingrreciprocated.

Is this true?

It depends on the feelings and the circumstances.

I sometimes feel very angry but it would be unhelpful to vent those feelings at that time.

Sometimes because how one is feeling may not be suitable on a particular occasion so its sometimes best to keep quiet

Both, but I think more so on fab
