What a surprise seeing Susan in London Euston the other day as we both queued for tickets we chatted for five minutes i was so surprised we spoke as it ended badly after a two year engagement

Yes. I saw an ex I hadn’t seen gif 20plus yrs. both our kids went to a club. We talked s little , shevv bc wouldn’t look me in the eye she hadn’t changed one bit.

And that was that. Just one chat and never spoke again.

Once, but we only dated for few months and were about 16/17 then. We saw each other abput six years later on the train, in the same compartment (not the same station) when we both were on our way home from seeing our respective partners. We chatted all the way, for about an hour or less and it was really nice as I guess we were both in a pretty secure place.

His mum died a year or two before our meeting and it happened in a tragic way so we talked about that too... very pleasant overall but we never exchanged numbers or saw each other after that.

Was engaged at aged 21 , then she left me for a 40 year old second hand car salesman

26 years later I’m in Christchurch,NZ, and she appears on my LinkedIn connections. She’s divorced with kids but seems happy on the other side of the planet. Glad I reached out tho as it ended badly

If I’m honest, she broke my faith in trust and since I’ve always cheated or had alternatives in case my marriage fails as I couldn’t go thro that again. I’m a bastard thanks to her lol
