Stuffing that is.

How would you jazz up basic sage and onion stuffing mix or would you just serve as is? I'm looking for ideas.

I love the smell of this stuff, can’t stand the taste though.

I do it for others and over the years have added mushrooms, cranberries, sultanas and other dried fruits. The fruits seem to go down well as it adds a counter point to the general savoury flavour.

One of my guilty pleasures, just keep it as it is. A delicious gravy is the key to success.

My dad adds sausage meat to his and it's my absolute favourite. Even if they have some fancy stuffing he makes paxo just for me

Do I understand. A little moth in my food wouldn't bother me. I'm pretty sure I've eaten worse

Derby/Notts(Long Eaton)

Satsumas, cashew nut, apple sauce even a spot of orange liquor. On thin tray for crispy finish & some thicker for juicy texture

Both the above sound delicious. I'll stick with the apple and possibly sausage meat and try the others next year I think

oh and the best way to cook is with a crisp top so there is a crunch to the stuffing.

much better than if it is soggy.

I'm probably going to do stuffing balls. That's not a euphemism

Next Door

Atleast you said paxo and not Tesco finest apple and cranberry stuffing (can't remember best before date)

That's been recalled.

I usually buy a sage and onion and a chestnut/cranberry one, i can't be bothered to make or add stuff to one
