Love cashews, we have a few trees here and the cashew apple is delicious too.

Brazil nut or castanha do Para as they are called here.

Aldi do a maple roasted peanut, raisin and fudge mix for Christmas which is totally moreish.

Brazil nuts: The struggle to get them out of their shell, which for me, is the attraction.

(Other nuts, you crack 'em and they fall apart. Not Brazils: The hobnobs of the nut world imho.)
