Has anyone ever actually written a story and had it published or released in some way?

If you have what was it about? Genre etc ..

On the recommendation of some fabbers, I made some of my story into a book and got it on Amazon kindle. It sold a few but not many. I think it’s the same with any product/service, all down to the marketing

Totally counts.. poetry is difficult to get tight in my opinion as it can be very subjective.
