I am just going totally vegetarian tonight. Too many vegetables in fridge that would go off otherwise. All roasting nicely at the moment. Courgettes, baby potatoes, aubergines, red onions, carrots, parsnips, full garlic bulb, beetroot- the whole lot in with herbs. What are you having?
