Are you ever in a mood that regardless what is said you just want to pick an argument, or whatever is said you’re just negative or positive?

Is that behaviour toxic or manipulative or is it just what it is?

If you get like this what do you do?

For me I turn the phone or laptop off and just do nothing. I was told “write the message or email or text, put it in drafts and if you feel the same way in 24 hours then send it”

No. I’m usually just a bit meh with people when I’m in a mood.

I do my best to snap out of it. Have a mad dance round the house, call a friend and vent to them (this is a 2 way thing, they use me for the same purpose) and usually warn people I'm a bit off today.

Or have a snack. My friends or MrAbz often give me a side eye and silently hand me a little snacky snack if I'm grumpy...

No. I hide away when I’m in a mood and just don’t interact.

I do get like that sometimes, just really aggy and I don’t know why, so I tend to just be very quiet and go do something to occupy myself

Usually it's a straw breaking a camel's back thing. There's a really big issue but a tiny thing sparks the anger
