"Oh I have been, now that someone has mentioned a dogging area I remember it, I get this place and Arousals mixed up.
I did attend a BMFC party here. The outside of the club is just like a disused industrial unit, kinda like around the back of garages.
It was a nice club, nothing like Chams or any of those bigger clubs and certainly wouldn't get those numbers. Fairly small and cosy but does have separate little rooms. Has a dance floor with bar and sofa seating. Has a few rooms around the dancefloor, one is a four poster type bed thing with pink drapes all around, but there is a window looking out to the dance floor so people can look in.
Downstairs has a dungeon with various impliments in, there was a coffin that I tried, wanted to know what Dracula felt like, not that cosy really. The dogging vehicle which was outside this dungeon was ok but I didn't rate it. An old 4 x 4 vehicle, really shabby inside it, ripped seats and dirty carpeting, I wouldn't have gone in it.
There was also a cinema room and off this a dark room with glory holes.
Not a big club, ok when you're playing but not great for walking around people watching if you don't want to play as its too small for that. I'd also stick to a themed night judging what others have said. I went to a bmfc so was fairly busy, but I imagine it wouldn't be busy on other nights. Its out of the way in an industrial area outside London, I wouldn't say it was well advertised etc and because of the size of the place, unless you want to play all night, which I don't, then you could get bored
"
Being a member of this club, this review and the other one a couple of postings before describe the place pretty well.
Yes, the venue is in the midst of an Industrial area, but the street outside at night is a cul-de-sac, so there isn't any "passing through" traffic, so it is peaceful. On busy nights, Peter (the Owner) along with a few of his regular male colleagues do patrol outside. Plus, from what I've been told, the local Police also patrol on a regular basis, and overall, it seems pretty safe to park cars there.
Inside, there are various rooms as described, some with windows or peep holes, but some even have internal blinds so if you wish to have some privacy, you can!
The 4x4 Dogging vehicle isn't my cup of tea and I daresay some people will approve of it. It is almost pitch dark inside but that is down to the actions of mindless customers. Peter does replace lighting from time to time, but almost as soon as he does, some idiot smashes the bulbs again!
There are different themed nights; there are discounts for Couples if they arrive within certain time periods. As for Single guys and their numbers, there are limits set for different event types and as I have discovered, Peter is more inclined to accept single male members whom he knows for certain events, and whom he knows they will conduct themselves well rather than "anonymous" style new members turning up on the night for the first time.
The club staff are all very good; there isn't a licence, so you need to bring your own drink, but they will store it behind the bar and serve it to as required. They do stock a limited range of soft / energy drinks and bottled water. The place is clean.
Location wise, it is near Sunbury Cross where the A3 becomes the M3. There are a few hotels within 2-3 miles, plus Heathrow and its many hotels are 15 minutes away. If you are coming by public transport, avoid the station as mentioned on the club's website; it gets a train only in a month which has an X in it! Better to go to Staines and then get a taxi the rest of the way.
As for the Club;s website, yes, there is a lot to on the first page, but don't let that put you off. Persevere, and follow the links and you'll find what you need to know.
If you are attending for the first time, you'll be shown round; there's no pressure and you can just relax if you wish.
Hope this all helps. |
