What are you all having for lunch on this rainy grey day?

I will do Carbonara now. First time with the proper ham for it so can't wait to see if it tastes different.

Let us know the results. BTW you should visit Eataly! Lots of proper ingredients there. Food porn all around. And best pastries.

Kids had seconds so I guess it was eatable.
