I had a good dash of Bailey's with a decaf coffee. Yes decaff, I know I'm a heathen, it's just if I have caffeine too late my mind starts overthinking everything. Honestly I need a rest from thinking about year 6 to 7 transitions, EHCPs, if I've got everything for Christmas, making sure the dog has this that and the other..... So yes, decaff
