Have you ever sent one? Do people still send them these days? I have sent one about 15 years ago and didn't get a reply

Yes sent multiple all in the one day to the one person

Went to the cinema with the person to see ps I love you

And it gave me a idear the first time we were on opposite shifts

I stuck postet notes all around the house with little messages off the

Like your wonderful ps I love

Your my world ps I love you

Your the most beautifulst person on earth ps I love you

I could get lost in the Beuty off your eyes ps I love you

And stuck them all around the house in different parts

Like one on the toilet seat

One on top off the butter

One on the tv controller

One in the curtly drawer

And so one places I know she would have been going that day

Yes. A few years ago now? About five or so. His love language was words of affirmation so it married well with my love of words.

I received one last Christmas that meant the world to me. I think they're really sweet.

I've written a sonnet or two. It quite garbled but well intentioned. This was years ago...at university I think. Her name was Phoenix, a name that can conjure up inspiration for most things.

Nora! I was about to post something very similar to that, almost identical but then I thought no, leave the old dear alone. Do you still have them?

Letters penned from the trenches of The Great War should be treasured, Nora.

I’ve heard of this done by email. Set up an email account and send emails throughout their life and then give them the email address details. It’s a lovely idea

I've had a few on here. They were gloriously unspecific and looked suspiciously like a copy and paste that had been sent to loads of other people.

I could literally write one now as my heart and my emotions aches to be understood. But alas, nobody to send it to. *sighs.

I sent loads in the past, and recorded ‘love tapes’. Songs for her to listen to as a 2yr long relationship was young and growing. But that’s back in the 90’s. Nowadays I just send my dickpics,…

All over

"Have you ever sent one? Do people still send them these days? I have sent one about 15 years ago and didn't get a reply "

Sadly people don't do that anymore. In years to come there will not be many around to find or look back at and reminisce. It will all be on the sim thrown away or in the cloud somewhere. As for your reply letter, you never know. Sometimes royal mail are a tad slow with deliveries.

I remember receiving one in my teens but I was too loose to understand the sentiment behind it. I don't remember throwing it out so it must still be somewhere. If I'd have replied she'd have soon realised what a mess of ramblings she'd have gotten herself into, as my forum posts duly reflect.

I wish someone would... That would be lovely!

Me and my ex used to send rude letters in the days before mobile phones! I've still got one of them.
