Do you try and prevent the aging process or embrace it?

Dying your hair, creams and moisturisers, mud packs or anything else? Even try and dress younger. Is it getting more acceptable for men to wear some makeup or concealer to cover skin blemishes?

Do some people age “like a fine wine” whilst others age really quickly.

I was just looking of photos of me 5 years ago, let’s just hope I don’t age as badly in the next 5 years!

I don't look my age at present so hopefully that continues

Unless you have grands to spend on changing yourself with surgery, nothing will stop the process long term.

Currently I’m embracing getting older. I love my 20s. I do think I’ll probably try and run from aging after 40 though

I have grown old gracefully. My hair has almost gone so now cut it short, and I have lots of wrinkles

I'm still waiting to age, my face hasn't changed since I was a teenager. But when it happens, I'll do it naturally.. I'm okay with looking my actual age.

Errrr, embrace it. I do dye my hair, but it's the tips so it doesn't stop the whites coming through. 'beauty routine' I do do the facial scrub and moisturizer and the odd face mask but thats it, its mostly to keep my skin soft.

I've not had surgery or Botox injections etc as well, I can't be bothered. Take me as I am, like it or lump it. I do try to scrub up for a night with a bit of mascara and tinted moisturizer but that's it really.

If you can be bothered and it's important to you, knock yourself out I say in regards to halting the aging process. Everyone is different, I will be the one though that is 40 but also looks 40 (shrug)

For me (the Mr) it's not about looks, I just want to be healthier.

I'm doing OK, I'm 47 and I've not had much wrong with me yet, haven't even needed a filling so far, but I'm riding my luck.

The most pressing thing is to lose weight, I've lost just under 4st since August and I'm really keen to carry on. Other than that I need to explore other areas of self improvement, life is good... I want to carry on enjoying it.

Apparently I don't look my age. Some days I don't act it either.

Never used any products so guess it's down to good genes.

I have noticed a bit of weight around my middle over the last few months so will look at doing something about that after the holidays. Other than that I'll continue as I have done for the last 62 years.

I embrace it.

There’s no control over it, no stopping it.

And I certainly can’t afford to cover myself in lotions and potions to pretend it’s not happening.

No. I see the small fortune that many, especially women spend on all sorts of creams, lotions and potions. Its not that I don't care how I look. Just I'm happy with the skin I'm in and it seems to take care of its self enough. I exercise I a bit but wouldn't say that's to combat ageing, just more about routine maintenance. However I am aware of the differing societal pressures on men and women. And also how men are being pressurised more these days into purchasing products and having routines. It's not for me and I'm happy with that.

Mr

Granted I'm only 28 but I think I would embrace it. Moisturisers would just be for overall skin health than anything but I wouldn't use any hair dyes or anything. Although I do worry about potentially balding

Don't worry, just shave it all off. Bald is better than receding or patchy.

I exercise for health, which probably keeps some aspects of aging away. But there are no miracle creams etc

I dye my hair, I've used moisturiser for years because my skin gets dry.

I dress how I want to, people do comment because it's not how a lot of women my age dress but it's not how younger women dress either .

I look my age because I'm 67 and this is how I look.
