So you get home after a long day park up and the rain is absolutely tipping down..

Do you make a run for it?

Sit tight in the car listen to a couple of tunes hoping it abates ?

Put my hood up and walk up to the house. The log burner was lit tonight when I came in too so that was a bonus.

Sometimes after a long day I will just sit in the car for 5 minutes. Decompress

I stand in the rain and let it pour down my face. It's liberating.

My servants will be on hand to form an arch of umbrellas after laying their cloaks in any puddles

Casually stroll to my front door as I work outside and would already be soaking wet.

Head to the underground parking instead of the surface level.

Climb from the front seat to the back.

Open that secret little door behind the armrest on the middle seat.

Reach through to get my umbrella as you can guarantee I left it in the boot when I knew I'd need it later on.

I hate getting soaked!

I’d reverse up to the front door and leave via the boot. Big estate car so it’s just a case of seat back and wriggle.

If there's a good song on I stay in the car for a little. If not I just brave it and go for the front door.
