I used to be able to play a simple melody on my head(skull), teeth or (face)cheeks.

Using my fingers while opening my mouth more or less.

" Happy Birthday" or "Smoke on the water" easily.

I can still do it on my cheeks, but feels weird on my head and teeth now.

Can you do anything similar?

For example:

Fart some basic bass line?

(Some slow polka or march)

Burp like a Talk Box?

(Living on a prayer, The Zoo)

Clapping sound with any cheeks or boobs?

(Runaround Sue)

Share it, if you can please.

Try some of them, if you're not sure.

It will be fun.

It's still impressive.

It's obvious what you do with it, but it would be a bit more mystery, begging for explanation from your Mrs.
