I recently got a mild case of whiplash in a car spin incident.

I am getting more pain now 2 weeks later in my lower back across my shoulders and sometimes arms too?!?

Especially after driving and working on computer.

Any physios that can recommend/advise me on this !?

See a physio they can do an assessment and recommend treatment. Be hard to do that without seeing what the problem is.

I d say see a proper chiropractor - they are trained to read x rays anyway.

Wouldn't you be better seeking the advise of the hospital that have treated you? I assume you did go to the hospital? Whiplash can be a nightmare. x

I would go and see your GP who then can refer you

Stary with your GP. I had whiplash from an accident that only really impacted me about a month later. I genuinely woke up one morning and couldn't life my head off the pillow. A chiropractor got me moving again but it was good physio that helped afterwards. Unfortunately I still get pain nearly 15 years later and it is horrible. You should also look into a claim. I got paid a couple of thousand quid, but to be honest it was no where near enough given the trouble I have had since.

I would never recommend a chiropractor ever ... they re align bones..which is not good. Go back to hospital and let them recommend a physio.

There is a reason why chiropractors are not on the NHS

Yeh I'm going to have to but seems a waste of gp time to see me and say you need physio.

Was trying for some advice or exercises for now if there were any physios on ! Lol

No one to claim off but me as it was only me involved ! Lost control swerving and nearly span out and did some fancy top gear moves spinning across 3 lanes of m20 ! Miracle nothing hit me.

I've had whiplash b4 about 20 yrs ago and physio helped with that a few yrs later when it was still problematic !
