Haha, I removed it by mistake!

So I went to watch tribute acts to Adele Christina and Beyoncé, they were really poor, has anyone seen a decent tribute artist?

I have seen Fred Zep but hey don't pretend to be a tribute act. They play the music but be themselves.

What really pisses me off about the stars in their eyes tribute acts is all the pretence. Play the music but stop pretending

And don't expect me to pay more for a ticket than a real band

Cancer Bats are a great band in their own right. But they like to occasionally do a tour as Bat Sabbath. They do a good job. Also helps that at the end of the gig they play a few Cancer Bat songs.

One of my favourite lyrics is from Half Man Half Biscuit "I'm off to see the bootleg beatles dressed as the bootleg Mark Chapman"

Also best name for a Korn tribute band would be "Quorn" right? Just a pretend version of the real thing?

Seen the secret police a few times but think they've finished playing now, they were awesome. Badness are another great tribute band.

The Australian Pink Floyd. Close your eyes and you would think it's the real thing. Seen them several times. They are held in such high regard by David Gilmour that he once invited them to play at his birthday party.

Illegal Eagles were decent. Also saw Simply Rod (not a fan of Rod Stewart) and he was decent. Does my head in when there’s tribute acts and the existing band are still out there. R
