it's ok. I can be a little maverick myself from time to time. The only reason I said one was so that it would be easy for me to count and declare the winner later. Happy for anyone to pick one or more or a different one or even to create a new fusion one that none of us have ever heard of before

I think there’s also a difference on how most takeouts are cooked for our palette. Go to China or an authentic Chinese or Indian it’s so different. I had pasta in Italy and lasagna and it’s so much nicer, less meat content
