How would you replenish yourself or your partner? In other words - ultimate post sex nutrition guidance of your own design please!

Feed me some ideas.

Just read that avocado and bananas are meant to be good for that, due to potassium content, helping our muscles to recover heh.

Rehydrate for one (electrolytes are important) , other than that keep a healthy balanced diet with plenty of protien to replace what I've just lost haha

See this is a very good question. I want to navigate different scenarios.

If pausing location of eating is important as is sharability of foods...ie toast in bed, risk of crumbs but a banana no mess and can be shared...
